D. Eric Nobles, CFP®

Eric Nobles became a CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) in 1996 and is the founder/president/owner of Nobles Pound Financial Planning. Since 1991, Eric has used his extensive knowledge and experience to effectively and consistently help his clients achieve their financial goals. He is deeply committed to the extensive fact-finding and close communication that help him develop personalized financial plans for each client.

A strong supporter of his profession, Eric has written financial planning articles that have appeared in several Fayetteville area publications. He is a member in good standing of the Financial Planning Association. Eric is also an OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) principal working with Broker/Dealer Geneos Wealth Management in a supervisory role for Nobles Pound.

Eric earned his BA in Business Administration from North Carolina State University, and he continues to support his alma mater as a member of the University’s Wolfpack Club. A longtime resident of Fayetteville, Eric’s contributions to the community include membership in the Greater Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce and Cape Fear Kiwanis (also Past President) and serving as Chairman of the Real Estate Committee of Cape Fear Industries and past President of The Arts Council of Fayetteville/Cumberland County.

Eric and his wife, Rhonda, have three adult sons, David, Noah and Jacob. In his free time, he enjoys pickleball, time at the lake, and a relaxing “lawn mow.” The family attends Snyder Memorial Baptist Church.

David M. Pound,
CFP® MTIM, MBA

David M. Pound is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and partner with Nobles Pound Financial Planning. He has built a financial planning practice serving individuals from various backgrounds. David believes financial planning is not one-size-fits-all, and the understanding of various financial planning concepts varies from client to client. He makes every effort to tailor financial plans and educate clients so that together they can implement and understand their plan in order to successfully achieve their shortterm and longterm goals. 

David graduated from Campbell University with a BBA in Accounting, a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Trust and Investment Management. He has also completed the  Southeastern Trust School continuing education program sponsored by the Trust Education Foundation. 

David splits his time working out of Wilmington, NC, and our office in Fayetteville, NC. He regularly presents educational financial planning seminars, and he has authored several articles published in the Fayetteville Observer.

David and his wife, Melanie, live in Wilmington, NC, with their daughter, Merritt, and son, Mason. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, kayaking and golf. An Eagle Scout himself, he serves as a committee member of Boy Scout Troop 26. The family attends Christ Community Church.

Claus Rademacher, CFP®

Certified Financial Planner Claus Rademacher has been working in the financial industry since 2007 and joined Nobles Pound in 2018. In addition to obtaining his CFP®  certification in 2017, he has been a registered representative with FINRA since 2012. Claus has worked with thousands of clients and gathered a wide range of experience in financial counseling, investment advising, trust and estate planning, insurance, lending, property management and taxes. He has a passion for helping families achieve their financial dreams and ensuring they are prepared for any scenario they may encounter. Claus works primarily out of our office in Fayetteville, NC. 

Claus graduated from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Finance and Banking as well as Risk and Insurance. He is licensed in North Carolina as a life insurance, personal lines, accident & health or sickness and Medicare Supplement/Long-Term Care producer.

Dedicated to giving back, Claus volunteers in the Fayetteville community to promote financial awareness and thrift. He also works with non-profit organizations holding financial seminars for under-served communities in the U.S.

Claus lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Samantha, and their two daughters, Illiana and Adelynn. An accomplished musician, he plays the saxophone, piano, clarinet, guitar and drums in his spare time.

David joined his father, Eric, at Nobles Pound in 2022. Serving as a Registered Assistant, his responsibilities include trading and operational support, portfolio research and construction, and meeting preparation. 

A Summa Cum Laude graduate of NC State University, David earned his B.S. in Business, with a concentration in Finance. En route to earning his CFP® certification, he has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 exams, required to obtain General Securities Representative registration. David is a licensed producer in North Carolina for life and health insurance. He is also a Notary Public.

David earned his Eagle Scout rank in 2016. In his free time, he likes to play disc golf and spend time outdoors.

Noah Thomas Nobles

Also representing the second generation of the Nobles family, Noah joined Nobles Pound in 2023. As a  Registered Assistant, he provides client service, trading and administrative support. 

Noah earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Appalachian State University. He is currently working towards earning CFP® certification and has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 exams to obtain the General Securities Representative registration.

Noah and his wife, Sarah, enjoy spending time outdoors. He earned his Eagle Scout in 2018, and he currently serves as a youth volunteer at Snyder Memorial Baptist Church.

Ashley graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Industrial Relations and Psychology. Following graduation, she worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer.  She decided to join Cumberland County Schools as an assistant and substitute teacher after having her children, Taylor and Jeffrey. When her children were grown, she joined Nobles Pound Financial Planning and has been with the firm since 2015. A valuable member of the Nobles Pound team, Ashley provides support wherever needed to help clients meet their financial needs.

Ashley and her husband, Marc, currently live in Pittsboro, NC.  They enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren, Palmer and Scotty. Ashley loves walks with her golden retriever, Mindee.

Grace Singh

Grace graduated from Methodist College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In 1992, she left the world of science to work with Eric Nobles. Over the years, she has been involved in many tasks supporting the advisors and her colleagues to meet the financial planning needs of clients at Nobles Pound. Grace has helped the firm enhance client service by keeping pace with the ever-changing world of technology.

Grace is an animal lover (especially dogs) and urges anyone who can to adopt!
